2D/3D Profile Measurement Sensors

Laser Scanners for 2D/3D profile measurements offer the ability to precisely measure and evaluate a profile, width, height, depth, roundness, flatness, deformation, flushness, groove, edge, bead, angle, presence, gap, etc. There is no need for a separate controller since its integrated into our design. Available interfaces include Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and digital analog UDP and units are available in our Red Laser or our patented Blue Laser Technology. These sensors can be integrated into the customers’ existing software via the available SDK’s or the GigE Vision Standard Image processing software. Direct measurement tasks can be implemented with our smart series, which has integrated intelligence built in to perform up to 94 canned measurements.
